NAI Horizon led a collaborative effort that helped bring an award-winning experiential marketing agency offering exhibit design and fabrication, innovative engagements, and event measurement programs to the West Valley. NAI Horizon Managing Director Laurel Lewis, SIOR, and Vice President Dylan Whitwer represented the tenant, Exhibitus, Inc., of Tucker, Georgia, in a long-term lease totaling $2.5 million at Summit Business Park, 13250 W. “We are excited that Exhibitus is expanding into the Phoenix market. With its headquarters in Atlanta and a full-service facility in Chicago, the new Phoenix location ensures Exhibitus can meet the needs of clients in the West,” Lewis said. “Dylan and I are excited to watch its growth and service in the region. It was a great example of teamwork. Thank you, Samantha Pinkal with the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC) and Rob Martensen (SIOR, CCIM) and Sam Jones with Colliers.”
The Phoenix location ensures that clients have direct, cost-effective solutions for building, transporting, and storing their exhibition assets, no matter where they are exhibiting in the U.S. Additionally, the expansion increases the company’s fabrication capacity to ensure delivery dates for all clients during busier times of the year.
Exhibitus executes multiple events for clients in Las Vegas, Nevada, annually. With warehousing available in Phoenix, these clients can store and readily reuse their properties. Metro Phoenix is within a day’s drive of other convention cities, including Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
Clients with events in the West will also have direct access to the company’s robust portfolio of rental properties that can captivate an audience without a significant capital expenditure. A ribbon-cutting ceremony with company executives, local clients, and community representatives is planned for mid-October.
“Exhibitus and its leadership have decisively tapped in to the Phoenix market to provide their experiential marketing services to our region,” Whitwer said. “We could not be more thrilled to have worked with this incredible company.”
