Admirable trait: In January 2023, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona established Prosano Health Solutions, Inc. for their employees, offering a new insurance plan, BlueSignature Prosano, that provides them access to the Prosano Advanced Primary Care Center with a primary care team, behavioral health practitioners, lab services, same-day appointments and a selection of the most-needed prescription medications — all available in the same location.

Community impact: In 2022, AZ Blue funded $2.2 million to support 190 community organizations across the state. The health organization’s employees actively volunteer to support the efforts of community organizations and inspiring causes. Last year, employees volunteered more than 19,000 hours of service in the community.
