Top Arizona executive: Andrew Abraham, president

What it does: Legal services

Community impact: Burch & Cracchiolo has supported the educational community through its Star Teacher Award program. Each month, a deserving teacher is awarded $500, and the school represented receives an additional check for $250. These funds are to be used for anything needed that is not covered by their budget. To date, 32 teachers and schools have been honored throughout Maricopa County.

Admirable trait: Of the law firm’s 41 attorneys, 11 are women; five are partners, two are of counsel and three are associates. Employee diversity includes people of Hispanic, African American, Spanish American and Caucasian roots. Additionally, all attorneys practice an “open door” policy where they are available to staff members on a daily basis.
