Community impact: The most significant community impact by the Colliers team has been the formation of Great Hearts Academies, for which a Colliers employee is one of three founding members. Additionally, numerous members of the Arizona team are actively involved in the support of various Great Hearts Academies, now 15,000 students strong across Greater Phoenix. A recent example of this is the donation of a $25,000 grand piano to the Maryvale Academy in West Phoenix.

Workplace culture: Agents and staff members demonstrate a collaborative, collegial interaction of trust, resulting in a number of referrals made within the office. Additionally, the staff is highly respected and celebrated by all within the company.
