Workplace culture: In August of 2022, Gila River hosted the first-ever Glow, Grow, Game Women’s Leadership Conference. This internal conference was intended to help Gila River’s women leaders grow, learn and build confidence to excel in their careers. As a result, Gila River is planning a second conference later this year. Additionally, team members participate in cultural sensitivity training to showcase the inclusivity of the Gila River culture.

Community impact: One of the ways Gila River Cares supports local nonprofits is through its Everi Kiosk guest donation program. When visiting all Gila River Resorts & Casinos properties, guests can donate funds from winning ticket vouchers to local charities. In 2022, Everi Kiosk donations awarded participating nonprofits a total of $173,751.52.
