What it does: Health services for military and veteran communities

Customer opinion: In 2022, TriWest was certified as a Center of Excellence by BenchmarkPortal for superior customer service provided by TriWest contact center staff serving veterans and military families. The Center of Excellence recognition is one of the most prestigious awards in the customer service and support industry.

Innovation: At the end of 2022, TriWest was awarded the $65 billion contract — a 10-year TRICARE contract from the Department of Defense (DoD) — to administer its TRICARE program. TRICARE is the uniformed services healthcare program for active-duty military, National Guard/Reserve members, those who retired from military service and their family members.
