WOMEN IN REAL ESTATE: The Most Influential Women in Commercial Real Estate for 2026

Brooke Westemeier, Arizona managing partner, EY

Background: As the EY Arizona managing partner, Westemeier leads over 430 professionals across offices in Phoenix and Tucson. Her in-depth industry knowledge and 20+ years of accounting experience prepared her well for this leadership role, and since being named OMP in 2024, she’s overseen consistent growth within her offices. Brooke also mentors the next generation of local leaders through initiatives like the Arizona Women’s Leadership Forum.

Advice to younger self: “Believe in yourself. Confidence and belief are so essential for young professionals, who are often much more capable than they may think. I see this all the time in my role, which is why, at EY, we prioritize mentorship and invest a lot of time into developing professionals early and throughout their careers.”

Surprising fact: “Many people I meet for the first time think I’m an Arizona lifer, which I take as a compliment! But I was born and raised in Iowa. Arizona is my home, and there isn’t anywhere else I’d rather work, but Iowa will always be special to me, too.”
