Professional advice: “There is always an answer, you need to be the person willing to dig in and figure it out. That is what makes you invaluable to clients, that is what makes clients come back again and again. That is what creates your reputation, it is what people remember about you.”
Lesson learned in 2020: “The most important lesson I have learned over the past year is letting go. No one tells you when you are a leader that not everyone thinks the way you do, not everyone is willing to do all that you are willing to do and not everyone appreciates the opportunity. Learning to deal with the different mindsets and accepting that has helped me focus on what I want to bring to my leadership role rather than focusing on things I cannot control.”
Surprising fact: “I am a long haul kind of girl. My husband is my college sweetheart and we have been married 24 years and through one pandemic. My best friends have been my best friends since kindergarten at least. I won’t say how long that has been. Longevity speaks to my soul.”
