Background: With 18 years of experience, Just is a leading voice and nationally recognized expert in the field of aging services.
Best decision: “Choosing to quit my job at a for-profit nursing home in Denver and moving to Phoenix. I had been soured by that experience and considered leaving the field. The move led me to Beatitudes Campus, set my career in aging services on a trajectory, and I fell in love with the nonprofit culture.”
Surprising fact: “I grew up in a small east Texas town of approximately 800 people and I only had 35 people in my graduating class.”
