Background: Phillips is the founder of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit Phillips Laws Foundation. She launched the foundation in 2022 to empower those in need through compassion, action and justice. With a dedicated team of law professionals, clients and supporters, PLF provides safety and hope for those who are disadvantaged. At the heart of the foundation’s work lies a profound belief in the inherent worth of every woman. The foundation strives to empower them to break free from barriers and live lives filled with dignity and purpose and believes that by supporting women, the foundation helps build stronger families, healthier communities and a more equitable society for all.

Surprising fact: “I have a mini donkey and a mini horse, I grow tulips and I’m the most glamorous farm girl you’ll ever meet. Business meetings by day, farm boots by night.”
