BACKGROUND: Stephanie Maderazzo-Hughes has served in the electrical industry for more than 25 years. As the CEO and COO of Canyon State Electric (CSE), she develops and executes corporate strategies, financial planning and analysis. Maderazzo-Hughes leads her team by continually creating opportunities for employees to be involved in decision-making and propose solutions that move the company forward.
