Sierra Tucson appoints new CEO
Sierra Tucson, an internationally renowned leader in behavioral and mental health care, announces the promotion of Jaime Vinck, MC, LPC, NCC, CEIP, to chief executive officer.
Previously, Vinck served as chief clinical officer after joining Sierra Tucson in 2014, and was promoted to chief operations officer in 2015, where she led several strategic operational initiatives. Vinck is an integral part of the Sierra Tucson community, overseeing the design and implementation for all treatment programs.
In her new role, Vinck is responsible for clinical oversight and supervision of all treatment programs, as well as strategic planning for facility and program expansion. She will continue to oversee key endeavors like Connect365—Sierra Tucson’s signature continuing care service—and new operational implementations with customer service training.
Churchill Commercial Capital hires Richard Perry
Churchill Commercial Capital, Inc. has hired Richard Perry, as a vice president/loan producer to originate debt and equity for commercial property owners. Mr. Perry Brings an extensive 19-year background in commercial real estate mortgage banking and lending to Churchill. Previous positions include Mortgage Banker with the Alison Company and Aries Capital, Director of Finance for a large, privately-owned Arizona retail shopping center firm and Vice President of Los Padres Bank. Mr. Perry has arranged nearly 800 million in commercial real estate loans of varying types with a variety of lenders. He holds a BS in Finance from Oregon State University.
Southwest Behavioral & Health Services promotes Phoenix native
Southwest Behavioral & Health Services (SB&H) announced that Lauren Lauder has been promoted to senior vice president of Northern Arizona. In her new role, Lauder will be responsible for overseeing operations for Coconino, Mohave and Yavapai Counties, developing new and innovative programs that enhance SB&H delivery of integrated care and continuing to foster a healthy employment environment while providing care that meets community members’ needs.
“During her time with SB&H, Lauren has been extremely successful in growing operations and developing a continuum of care that best serves the Northern Arizona community. Her promotion to senior vice president of Northern Arizona was a natural fit and a testament to the amazing work she has done thus far” said Jeff Jorde, SB&H president and CEO.
Lauder earned her bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University and her master’s in social work from New Mexico Highlands University. Prior to this promotion, Lauder served as the vice president of Northern Arizona at SB&H.
