Habitat elects new members to its board of directors
Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona announced the election of two new members to its board of directors. The new members include Pamela Gorder, VP, CRA/Community Development Manager with Western Alliance Bank and Denise Gredler, founder of BestCompaniesAZ.

Pamela Gorder is VP, CRA/Community Development Manager at Western Alliance Bank and manages the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) team and performance of the program through loan sampling to ensure data integrity. She ensures compliance with the CRA and Fair Lending regulations. Pamela is passionate about Community Development, Affordable Housing, Workforce Development and making sure that people in our communities are all afforded every opportunity for success, financial stability and happiness.
Denise Gredler is Founder and CEO of BestCompaniesAZ, a marketing firm that specializes in employer branding and award consultation. She and her team partner HR groups, workforce development groups, chambers of commerce, and other economic organizations to encourage local participation in the showcasing of Arizona’s best company cultures. This directly benefits local businesses, the workforce and Arizona’s economy overall.
Trevor Wilde appointed to Junior Achievement of Arizona board
Wilde Wealth Management Group, an award-winning independent financial services firm that provides comprehensive retirement, investment, insurance, legal and tax planning services, announced its co-founder and managing director Trevor Wilde has been named to the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Arizona (JA).
“For more than 60 years, Junior Achievement of Arizona has been empowering the futures of millions of Arizona students by giving them the knowledge and skills they need to manage their money, plan for their future, and make smart academic, career and economic choices,” says Wilde. “Its programs are based on three main pillars – financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. JA serves more than 80,000 students each year and over two million since its founding. The goal of each of its programs is to help students connect what they learn in the classroom to the real world, and demonstrate how learning correlates to earning – knowledge critical to empowering today’s students to be successful, contributing members of society in the future.
Wilde, who Barron’s recently named to its annual list of top 1,200 advisors nationwide and No. 1 overall in Arizona, formally joins the board after volunteering for the organization for several years.
SB&H names Erica Missicano VP of compliance and risk management
Southwest Behavioral & Health Services (SB&H), an innovative leader in behavioral health, today announced that effective immediately, Erica Missicano has joined the organization as vice president of compliance and risk management. Missicano will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s risk management and compliance departments and ensuring that all procedures, protocols and strategies are fully implemented to protect SB&H and its assets. She will also promote a culture of risk awareness and accountability.

Missicano has more than 15 years of quality management experience in the behavioral health industry. Prior to starting at SB&H, Missicano was a health care QM project manager for Aetna/Mercy Care where she was responsible for assisting providers with understanding audit expectations and requirements. She also investigated quality of care reviews. Additional experience includes quality management and clinical positions at Magellan Health Services, Arizona Department of Health Services, Office of the Monitor, ValueOptions, Inc. and Triple R Behavioral Health.
BH DevCo hires director of operations
BH DevCo, a real estate development company specializing in build-to-suit delivery for national tenants in the e-commerce distribution and fulfillment space, announced today the appointment of Crystal Scudder as director of operations. Tracy Hammer, co-founder and partner at BH DevCo, made the announcement.

As director of operations, Scudder will work closely with the BH DevCo partners to assist with various phases of projects from pursuit to delivery. Additionally, she will manage relationships with lending partners, optimize cash flow through effective management of company finances, and interpret and analyze critical data that drives strategic decisions and successful client interactions.
“I have a long work history with Steve Backman, co-founder and partner at BH DevCo, and jumped at the opportunity to work with him and Tracy Hammer. Both Tracy and Steve are well respected in the commercial real estate industry,” said Scudder. “I look forward to bringing my analytical approach to the company in order to assist in realizing company goals, maintaining the company’s financials, and giving clients a seamless project experience from beginning to end.”
Prior to joining BH DevCo, Scudder served as asset manager of Phoenix-based ArciTerra Companies, LLC. She is a graduate of the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in business management.
