The Greater Phoenix Chamber (the Chamber) has selected 10 finalists for its inaugural Excellence in Business Awards (formerly the IMPACT Awards), which recognize companies that demonstrate excellence in economic growth and business leadership, community impact and social responsibility, and workplace and cultural excellence.

Since 1987, the Greater Phoenix Chamber has celebrated the achievements of businesses across the Greater Phoenix region through our renowned awards programs. This year, we are thrilled to launch the Excellence in Business Awards, which will spotlight the best in business in the Valley.
The 2025 Excellence in Business Award finalists are:

The awards program recognizes small, mid-sized, and large private companies, publicly held companies, and 501(c) (3) nonprofits that make significant contributions to our state. Nominated companies demonstrate excellence in three key pillars:
• Economic Growth & Business Leadership
• Community Impact & Social Responsibility
• Workplace & Cultural Excellence
The 2025 Businesses of the Year will be selected from these finalists and announced during the Excellence in Business Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, June 18th, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix. Individual tickets are $150 for Chamber members and $225 for non-members. Tables of 10 are $1,500 for Chamber members and $2,250 for non-members.

The event will convene top Valley businesses for networking and celebrate the accomplishments of the finalist organizations.
