JDA Software announced the recent opening of its first office in the Russian Federation to meet the growing demand for its supply chain and retail solutions and services in the region.

Located in Moscow, the office serves JDA customers and prospects in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) including Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Belarus. These areas were previously served by JDA representatives outside of Russia in cooperation with JDA alliance associates in the Russian federation. JDA Software will continue to work closely with strategic alliance associates in the Russian federation going forward.

“With continued economic growth in the Russian market, companies across retail and manufacturing sectors in Russia are facing unprecedented supply chain challenges,” said Razat Gaurav, senior vice president, Europe, Middle East, Africa, JDA Software. “With the knowledge gained from our 6,000 supply chain customers globally, combined with the local expertise of our JDA associates, we are excited to work together with our strategic alliance associates to create supply chain efficiencies in the Russian market.”

JDA Software enters the Russian market with a strong existing customer base including X5, Gloria Jeans, MMK, and many other retail and manufacturing companies in Russia.

JDA is hosting an Innovation Forum on April 3 at the Radisson Royal Hotel in Moscow where attendees can learn the latest business trends and best practices from leading retail and manufacturing companies.
