Verde at Cooley Station, located in Gilbert, has been announced as an honoree for this year’s Gilbert Community Excellence Awards by the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce. Verde at Cooley Station is being awarded for its vision, commitment and follow-through that significantly impacted the Gilbert of today.

“We are so honored to accept this award on behalf of the entire team at Verde,” says Managing Partner Norman Brody. “Our team has worked incredibly hard over the past few years on our vision for Verde at Cooley Station, and receiving the Visionary Award feels like a full-circle moment for us; moments like these remind us of how much we’ve been able to accomplish, for both our tenants and the city of Gilbert.”
Verde at Cooley Station is a multipurpose 23-acre development in Gilbert offering multi-tenant residential apartment homes, restaurants, health and wellness options and shops together with its central park: “The Green” — full of fun options for the whole family. 505Design (Boulder, Colo.) was responsible for the site plan for this property.
Verde at Cooley Station currently offers a range of dining options including Origen, Crust Simply Italian, The Blue Heron Speakeasy , Frostails Korean Dessert House, Hash Kitchen, Decadent Macaron, The Brass Tap, BLU Seafood, sneakybird (never fried chicken) Island Fin Poke, Cookie Co. and Vitality Bowls. Also, scheduled to open in the coming months are additional dining options, Shatera Mediterranean Restaurant, Stella’s Ice Cream and The Aviary, a private dining and special events venue. Verde is also a health and wellness hot-spot, with fitness tenants Coach Pain Academy, Sole Sports Running Zone, and OHM Fitness and wellness tenants Skinfinity Medspa, Parlour One Salon, Cha-Nails Lounge and We Whiten. New fitness options opening in early 2025 include Command Cycle Studio, CorePlus Yoga and Pilates and Zero Latency VR, a virtual reality studio. Patrons can also shop retail stores Sophie May Boutique, Sip & Shop, Reece Bath + Kitchen and Pixie Sticks Dog Boutique. Verde at Cooley Station initially broke ground in November 2019, and just recently began construction on its final retail building.
