A huge crowd filled JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Thursday night as Az Business magazine and BestCompaniesAZ honored the Most Admired Companies (MAC) of 2019.

“Our primary goal in developing the MAC program 10 years ago was to find and recognize those companies that set a standard of excellence that other businesses should aspire to achieve,” said Josh Schimmels, publisher of AZ Big Media, which produces Az Business magazine and eight other Arizona-based publications. “We built the program to recognize those companies that have the biggest impact on the economy, on their employees and on the communities in which they do business. Arizona is filled with great servant leaders, innovators, and forward-thinkers. This year’s MAC recipients embody those qualities.”

In addition to recognizing the 40 companies that earned recognition as Arizona’s Most Admired Companies and in honor of the program’s 10th anniversary, 10 companies earned spotlight awards for exceptional achievement in each of the five pillars of the MAC program: Workplace culture, social responsibility, customer opinion, innovation, and leadership excellence.
