Evergreen Devco, Inc., a leading retail and multifamily development company, announced today that it has broke ground for the development of a 258-unit luxury apartment community located at Southern Avenue and 34th Street in Phoenix.
The 10.88-acre project, located at 3400 East Southern Ave., will be called Parc at South Mountain.
“The South Mountain Corridor has been undergoing a major revitalization and gentrification,” said Matt Evans, Evergreen’s regional president of Arizona multifamily. “This is a luxury community that will offer residents excellent proximity to almost anywhere in the Valley.”
Todd & Associates, Inc. is designing Parc at South Mountain, which will feature three-story luxury garden apartments with resort-style pool and spa, wood-inspired plank flooring, Quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The leasing office will open in July 2019.
Scottsdale, Arizona-based MT Builders, LLC is the contractor for the Parc at South Mountain, which is being engineered by Scottsdale-based Kland Civil Engineers, LLC. Landscape design is provided by Scottsdale, Arizona-based Collaborative V Design Studio.
