General admission tickets to see Imagine Dragons and Counting Crows at the 16th hole will go on sale Thursday, Aug. 27 at 10 a.m. at www.WMPhoenixOpen.com. The Concert in the Coliseum is a 21-and-over event. A custom-built stage will once again rise from the middle of the 16th hole exclusively for the Saturday night concert. Venue gates will open at 3:30 p.m.

“The Concert in the Coliseum has taken on a life of its own, becoming the signature event to kick off the week that is ‘The People’s Open,’” said Chris Camacho, Tournament Chairman of the 2027 WM Phoenix Open. “Imagine Dragons are one of the biggest rock bands in the world and will bring a catalog of global anthems to the loudest hole in golf. We can’t wait for them to take the stage and create a night under the stars to remember at the WM Phoenix Open.”

Few bands have defined modern rock quite like Imagine Dragons. Since emerging from Las Vegas in 2009, the GRAMMY Award-winning group has become one of the most successful rock acts in the world, selling more than 55 million records worldwide, amassing over 80 billion global streams, and delivering era-defining anthems including “Radioactive,” “Believer,” “Thunder,” and “Demons.” The band made history as the first group to earn four RIAA Diamond-certified singles and remains Spotify’s most-streamed band of all time by billion-stream songs.

Across six acclaimed studio albums, including Night Visions, Evolve, and their most recent release LOOM, Imagine Dragons have consistently pushed the boundaries of arena rock with a signature blend of explosive energy, emotional lyricism, and cinematic soundscapes. Known worldwide for their electrifying live performances, the band has sold out stadiums across the globe and recently surpassed two million tickets sold on their LOOM World Tour.

Along the way, Imagine Dragons have collaborated with artists including Kendrick Lamar, J.I.D, Lil Wayne, Avicii, and legendary composer Hans Zimmer, further expanding their cross-genre reach and cultural influence. With one of the most recognizable catalogs in modern music and a reputation for high-impact live shows, the band continues to redefine what a contemporary rock act can be.

For more than three decades, Grammy and Academy Award-nominated Counting Crows have brought their soulful rock & roll to audiences worldwide. The band broke out in 1993 with multi-platinum debut August and Everything After, going on to release seven studio albums and sell more than 20 million records. Their 1996 sophomore album, Recovering the Satellites, debuted at No. 1, and their 2004 hit “Accidentally in Love,” from Shrek 2, earned Academy, Golden Globe, and Grammy nominations. In 2021, Billboard ranked them No. 8 on its “Greatest of All Time: Adult Alternative Artists” chart. Their latest album, Butter Miracle, The Complete Sweets! (2025), was followed by a supporting tour and the acclaimed HBO documentary Counting Crows: Have You Seen Me Lately?, part of the network’s “Music Box” series.

This is the sixth year The Thunderbirds have hosted this unique concert inside one of sport’s most popularized venues. The Concert in the Coliseum has featured a star-studded lineup since its debut in 2022, including The Killers, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani, Post Malone, Maroon 5, Walker Hayes, Thomas Rhett, and Old Dominion, establishing it as one of the most distinctive live music experiences in sports.  For more information visit https://wmphoenixopen.com/tickets-packages/tickets-concerts-the-coliseum/.
