Green Street Communities (GSC) has broken ground on two neighborhoods in Arcadia and Central Phoenix. The custom homebuilder will construct 19 homes between the two communities, Campus Grove and Acacia Court.
Known for repurposing home sites in Valley established neighborhoods, GSC’s signature craftsman farmhouse-style homes have functional and livable layouts designed for the modern family.
Highly customizable floor plans make way for great rooms, loft/game rooms, pet spas, unique fireplaces, dry bars and patio or garage extensions. Situated in private cul-de-sacs and enclaves in Arcadia and Central Phoenix neighborhoods, these homes will be in peaceful nooks in Metro Phoenix’s most active areas.
Campus Grove located in the Arcadia area will offer four different floorplans for its 13 lots. The one- and two-story homes will range between 1,879 and 2,850 square feet with prices starting in the $600’s. Pre-sales begin late summer. Located in the Scottsdale Unified School District 48, home buyers will be near Hopi Elementary School (Great Schools ranking of 9/10).
Acacia Court, northwest of 7th and Northern avenues, is in Central Phoenix’s prestigious Royal Palm neighborhood. Its six lots situated in a private cul-de-sac will offer various 3,000+-square-foot floor plans on 10K+ sf lots. Pre-sales begin this summer; pricing starts in the $900’s. Nearby amenities include a playground and Royal Palm Park, where you can see joggers and dog-walkers most mornings.
“Green Street Communities builds custom homes for families who want the benefits of new construction, without sacrificing the location & charm of established neighborhoods,” said Green Street Communities CEO and Founder Derek Jarr. “We’re proud of how seamlessly our projects fit into their surroundings from the outside yet offer state-of-the-art amenities and layouts.”
