Jaburg Wilk named three attorneys – Micalann C. Pepe, Jeffrey Silence and Michael Dvoren – as partners of the firm effective July 1, 2018.
Micalann Pepe is an insurance, litigation, and business law attorney and represents her insurer clients in insurance coverage disputes and bad faith litigation. She graduated from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, cum laude, and has been a practicing attorney since 2011. Micalann is active and holds leadership positions in the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel and ABA TIPS Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee.
Michael Dvoren is an intellectual property attorney who represents clients in the areas of intellectual property, internet law, entertainment law, and commercial litigation. He graduated from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law,cum laude, and has been a practicing attorney for nine years. Michael is active in the International Trademark Association.
Jeffrey Silence is an employment law attorney who assists both employers and employees with compliance with federal and state employment laws. He is a graduate of ASU School of Law and served a year clerkship at the Arizona Court of Appeals before beginning private practice. He is a board member of the Arizona Employment Lawyer’s Association and a frequent speaker at the Arizona State Bar and other educational seminars.
