Taqueria Factory

Support a family-owned business this Labor Day Weekend by visiting The Taqueria Factory, a quick-casual authentic taqueria in Chandler serving authentic tacos and micheladas. Its signature quesabirrias ($4.49) are loaded with cheese and birria-braised beef all folded in a warm homemade tortilla and is served with a birria consommé which is a savory beef stew made with dozens of different spices to submerge the quesabirrias.
