Downtown Phoenix dining scene continues to expand as RED Development announced today two additional tenants opening at CityScape Phoenix that will be first-to-market-concepts.

The South Carolina-based 810 Billiards & Bowling is slated to open in spring 2021 within the 28,000-square-foot space above the CVS Drugstore. The venue will offer a new upscale entertainment, dining and bar experience complete with bowling lanes, billiards tables, an arcade, mechanical bull and live entertainment on the weekends. 810 Billiards & Bowling offers a large selection of specialty cocktails and an expansive food menu including brick oven pizzas, pub-style sandwiches, shareable appetizers and more.

The Yard Milkshake Bar will open within the 2,283-square-foot space next to Chico Malo and CVS Drugstore in February 2021 bringing an over-the-top dessert experience. On a steady growth path since its inception in 2017, The Yard Milkshake Bar has opened 10 locations across the Southern U.S. and offers a focused menu of extreme milkshake creations and a build-your-own option to combine ice cream with edible cookie dough, cookies, cakes, donuts and more fresh dessert toppings.

“Despite the pandemic, Arizona is still among the top commercial real estate markets in the country and as we continue to see demand from local and national businesses looking to expand into Downtown Phoenix we expect to see the same in 2021,” said Mike Ebert, managing partner at RED Development. “It’s a new era for dining in Phoenix and we’re thrilled to be at the forefront of bringing brand-new concepts and brands to the area in order to give those who live, work and play within the city the best-of-the-best to choose from at CityScape.”

In addition to these tenants, CityScape has also welcomed a number of recently opened dining establishments with more coming in 2021. These include Pigtails, a speakeasy-style cocktail lounge and seafood bar; Dog Haus Biergarten; Everbowl, a San Diego-based restaurant with a focused menu of build-your-own craft acai bowls; and The Phoenix Bourbon Room, a State 48 concept.
