Ling & Louie’s

Ling & Louie’s in Scottsdale offers brunch and dinner experiences. The three-course prix-fixe menu features breakfast bao or avocado toast, followed by standout entrées like char siu pork Benedict or Ling’s five-spice French toast, and a dessert to finish. Nothing Bundt Cakes will debut its Nutella banana cake as a pop-up flavor throughout the Valley in May. Available from May 18 to May 31, the Bundtlet features banana cake swirled and filled with a creamy chocolate hazelnut filling, crowned with the brand’s signature cream cheese frosting, drizzled with Nutella and finished with a dried banana chip. Dallas-based Nothing Bundt Cakes is also rolling out new seasonal decorations and retail items for May’s festivities, starting with Mother’s Day. Organ Stop Pizza

The Home of the Mighty Wurlitzer Pipe Organ, Organ Stop Pizza is hosting a musical Mother’s Day luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Doors open at 11:15 a.m.; show starts at 11:45 a.m.) The 54-year-old Mesa dining destination will feature an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet and salad, plus unlimited soft drinks. Admission starts at $20 for adults, and $15 for children ages 9 and younger. Alcoholic beverages and ice cream are available for an additional charge. Advance tickets are required. Red White & Brew’s locations in Northeast Mesa and Prescott will offer Mother’s Day specials from Friday, May 8, to Sunday, May 10. The beet and burrata caprese with grilled salmon ($25) features burrata over baby arugula tossed in apple cider vinaigrette, paired with roasted red and golden beets, cherry tomatoes and pistachios, finished with balsamic reduction and served alongside grilled salmon. The grilled marinated portobello mushroom ($15) is a house-grilled appetizer finished with breadcrumbs, Madeira wine, garlic-herbed cream cheese and housemade scampi butter. Entrées include the lobster-crusted Chilean sea bass ($50), a pan-seared fillet topped with a lobster meat crust and served with orzo, roasted tomatoes and garlic spinach, as well as the 8 oz. Oscar-style filet mignon ($68), topped with jumbo shrimp in a lobster cream sauce and served with asparagus and mashed potatoes.

Westside Concepts will celebrate Mother’s Day on May 10 at its Valley restaurants such as Haymaker, Maple & Rye and Cantina Guerros. Moms’ first mimosa is $1. At Copper & Sage in Goodyear, guests can take advantage of the $25 Bubbles & Juice special, which includes a full bottle of bubbles paired with the choice of two juices — orange, cranberry, pineapple or grapefruit.

The all-inclusive food menu will feature prime rib and sweet treats along with bougie twists on savory classics and raw bar favorites. Mother’s Day only from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. $115 per person, $35 per child 12 and younger plus tax and a 20% gratuity on total check.
