“Since opening in 2008, Queen Creek Marketplace has continued to evolve alongside the community, welcoming new retailers, restaurants and service providers to meet the needs of the area’s growing population,” said Angie Kory, vice president of leasing at Vestar. “Each of these new stores bring something unique, giving our customers new ways to shop, dine and spend time at the center.”
Barnes & Noble will open their bookstore near T.J. Maxx and J. Crew, offering an extensive selection of books, gifts, games and toys, along with a café, creating a new gathering place for readers, families and the local community. The nation’s largest bookseller is scheduled to celebrate its grand opening on November 11, 2026.
“Barnes & Noble is excited to join Queen Creek Marketplace with a new 15,000-square-foot bookstore. Featuring warm wood finishes, soft pink accents, and comfortable seating throughout, the store is designed to take customers on a journey of discovery through a thoughtfully curated selection of books chosen by our booksellers, where they can find their next favorite read and explore gifts, toys, games, and more. The store will also feature a Barnes & Noble Café, offering customers a welcoming place to relax with a favorite drink or treat,” said a Barnes & Noble representative.
Aubergine Kitchen, a family-owned restaurant group designed to make healthy eating approachable and enjoyable, will open its second Arizona location at Queen Creek Marketplace in the beginning of 2027. The approximately 3,000-square-foot restaurant will be located near Barrio Queen and Trader Joe’s, offering guests fresh salads, bowls, smoothies and more.
JINYA Ramen Bar, known for its signature Japanese dining experience and distinctive ramen offerings, will open an approximately 3,000-square-foot location in the new ground up shop building, also near Aubergine Kitchen. Also expected to open in early 2027, JINYA will bring its slow-simmered ramen, small plates and other Japanese-inspired dishes to Queen Creek Marketplace.
LongHorn Steakhouse will open its first location in the Southeast valley in a 5,800-square-foot space at Queen Creek Marketplace. With an anticipated opening in spring 2027, the restaurant will bring its expertly grilled steaks, freshly baked bread, signature salads, sides, and more, providing a new full-service dining option for everything from casual family meals to special occasions.
Skincare provider LaserAway will also open in early 2027, bringing its range of dermatology services to the Queen Creek community. The new location will offer treatments including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, body contouring and other aesthetic services.
