Basketball fans are invited to celebrate the hometown team while testing their knowledge of sports trivia at Talking Stick Resort’s Suns Trivia Fan Fest. The event takes place on Wednesday, November 11 inside the Showroom. This event is 21+.
The night tips off at 6 p.m. with a chance to meet Phoenix Suns center Tyson Chandler, who will be on-hand signing autographs. Suns Trivia registration also opens at 6 p.m. (competition begins at 7:30). Phoenix Mercury Hip-Hop Squad dancer Weezy will serve as the MC for Suns Trivia, and the Suns Dancers will be monitoring the game as referees. The Sun’s Gorilla will do a T-shirt toss at halftime.
Each member of the top three trivia teams is guaranteed a prize. First, second and third place finishers will receive the following goodies redeemable for an upcoming Suns game:
1st place- two floor seats per team member
2nd place- two suite tickets per team member
3rd place- two loge seats per team member
Autographed memorabilia will also be up for grabs for participants. Teams can have a maximum of five players and must include a designated captain.
