Arizona Biltmore Golf Club, one of the Valley’s most iconic golf destinations, has announced the launch of its new, elevated golf instruction program in partnership with Combine Golf Academy, a premier instruction and performance training organization. The partnership will usher in a modern, performance-driven approach to player development with programs designed for all skill levels.

At the center of the program is newly appointed director of instruction and Combine Golf founder, Joe DiChiara. An internationally-renowned instructor and highly respected PGA Professional with more than 22 years of coaching experience, DiChiara has worked with golfers at every level, from beginners to major champions on the PGA and LPGA Tours, and has been recognized by Golf Digest as a Top Ranked Coach for the past four consecutive years. He is also a member of the TaylorMade National Fitting Council, an invitation-only group comprised of the top 50 club fitters in the United States.

The new instruction program reinforces Arizona Biltmore Golf Club’s commitment to innovation and excellence, enhancing the overall golf experience for its growing community of player.  “Our goal is to make golf more accessible and enjoyable for every player who comes through the program,” said Leo Simonetta, director of golf at Arizona Biltmore Golf Club.“Partnering with Combine Golf allows us to provide clear, personalized instruction that builds confidence and helps players improve their game.”

DiChiara’s coaching philosophy centers on individualized performance and his belief that there’s no single perfect golf swing, only the best swing for the player in front of you. This belief led to the development of his proprietary ACT System (Assess, Coach, Train), a structured framework designed to identify opportunities, implement improvements and reinforce lasting results.

Joining DiChiara is a dynamic team of instructors bringing both competitive experience and a passion for player development: including Kennedie Montoya, a former Division I standout at Grand Canyon University and New Mexico State University, and Thomas Lehman, a professional golfer with collegiate experience at TCU and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo who brings high-level competitive insight to the academy. Together, the team introduces a comprehensive, technology-enhanced instruction model designed to elevate every aspect of a golfer’s game. 

Arizona Biltmore Golf Club features two distinct 18-hole courses, the Estates Course and Links Course, set within the Biltmore Estates community. The club is home to a full-service Golf Shop and onsite restaurant, Adobe Bar & Grille, with sweeping views of the surrounding course.
