The popular children’s boutique, Babyish, in Phoenix serves the community with high-quality clothing and accessories, as well as modern designs.

Ever since its launch on February 1, 2021, Babyish has continued to grow in popularity amongst parents who want to style their children with high-quality, hand-made designs. All items are unique and inspected for quality, and the store features items from other local vendors as well.

Founder Katie Danzer discovered her passion for sewing after the birth of her premature daughter Paige in 2020, who was too small for regular baby clothes but too tall for doll/preemie apparel. Danzer learned to tailor clothes and eventually started sewing items from scratch. After massive success selling head wraps, dummies and clips online. Danzer launched a brick and mortar store in the middle of a pandemic to sell her own handcrafted designs along with other locally-sourced items from Phoenix vendors, to help bring small business awareness and community support.

Items sold in the boutique include bracelets, clips, hats, shoes, clothing and swimwear, with sizes ranging from newborn to 5T. A few of the designs are available in matching sets for moms as well. Custom items are available for purchase and custom orders are accepted if you’re looking for anything unique to your style/needs. Babyish boasts numerous rave reviews from loyal customers who value quality and ethically-sourced products, and superb customer service directly from the owner who runs the store herself.

Babyish is bringing the trade of clothing design and production back to Phoenix. Shoppers can watch as clothes are sewn in the back of the store and the quality is apparent to anyone who sees or touches the products. This is a unique experience for all, including the children’s play corner.

Many of our customers come to shop for their own children, but our products also make great gifts since they are unique and can’t be found anywhere else. Babyish is located at  4532 N 7th Street, Suite B, Phoenix AZ 85014, Tuesday to Friday from 1-4pm, and from 10am until 4pm on Saturdays, with private shopping appointments available 7 days a week. Items are also available for purchase online at www.shopbabyish.com, and available for free local curbside pickup.
