The Bodhi, a fast-casual concept focused on nutrition and vitamin rich foods is now open. Located in Tempe, at 521 S. College Ave Suite 112, it’s on the northeast corner of E. 5th St. and College Ave. This locally-owned restaurant pays homage to fresh, healthy and affordable dishes.
The newly opened 1,000 square foot location accommodates 30 to 50 people. Neutral colors with modern surroundings and fixtures throughout create the perfect atmosphere to enjoy a nutritious meal and thirst quenching juice.
The Bodhi’s offering aims to deliver the right vitamins, nutrients, and nourishment that your body needs, in the most honest and wholesome way. The restaurant uses evidence-based science to cater and craft each meal personally to the consumer based on their health goals.
The menu gives customers the ability to create their own bowl from a variety of proteins, vegetables, grains and seeds. If you decide not to build your own bowl, Bodhi’s menu is broken into numerous categories: signature bowls, salads, sweets, breakfast items and fresh pressed juices made in-house. Highlights include: The Mother Earth Bowl, Heart Beet Salad, Morning Pro Bowl and The Chocolate Coffee Chia Oats.
“We believe that the food we feed ourselves is more than just fuel. It has the power to heal, strengthen and improve our bodies,” said Fares Tarabichi, owner of The Bodhi. “Our meals are not only wholesome but also flavorful and fresh.”
