Comedian and late-night TV legend, Jay Leno will bring energy to the stage at The Ballroom at Talking Stick Resort delivering stand-up comedy on Friday, June 21. This will mark the entertainers fifth visit to the property, and if his prior shows are any indication of what’s to come then the evening will be full of delight.
Dubbed “the hardest working man in show business,” Leno began his comedic career in the 1970s. He became Johnny Carson’s permanent guest host on “The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson” in the late 1980s and gained a devoted public following. The New York native became the show’s host upon Carson’s departure in 1992 and maintained the lead role for more than two decades. He has since received a coveted star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, a People’s Choice Award and an induction into the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences’ Broadcasting Hall of Fame. He remains a force in the entertainment industry, producing and starring in the Emmy Award-winning series “Jay Leno’s Garage.”
