Epicenter, the high-end, vertically integrated mixed-use community and retail destination in the heart of Agritopia announced three Arizona retailers to its existing line-up of best-in-class retail and dining tenants. Manor apparel, urbAna celebrations store, and Tucson’s Why I Love Where I Live will open doors at Epicenter in the fall of 2022. The new retail additions complement the stellar community and will further solidify Epicenter as one of the premier dining and shopping destinations for East Valley and beyond.

“It is precisely because we consider ourselves small, local, and deeply connected to our customer that we wanted to come to Epicenter,” said Brian Wells, owner of urbAna. “We’ve been looking for the right Gilbert location for a long time now. We’ve watched Gilbert’s steady and forward-thinking development and are excited to be a part of it all.” urbAna is a sophisticated boutique and go-to home store known for its curated luxury gifts, artisan decor items, party goods, entertaining decorations, and designer furnishings. urbAna currently has a location in Scottsdale and Arcadia.

Arizona-based retailer, Manor will join urbAna and Why I Love Where I Live at Epicenter. “Our commitment to The Valley grows as we follow up our Uptown Plaza location in the heart of Phoenix to the East Valley and the blossoming Gilbert area,” said Manor owner, Jackie Davis. “We are excited to open our second location, and Epicenter is the perfect fit to call home.”

Why I Love Where I Live hails from Tucson, and is owned by a husband and wife duo Alex and Kristin Tovar. The retail boutique focuses on unique gifts and locally made goods that celebrate the surrounding areas. “We are excited to bridge the gap between Phoenix and Tucson, the places we were raised and have called home throughout our lives,” said Alex Tovar, owner of Why I Love Where I Live. “Epicenter provides a similar home to our current shop in Tucson, in that it is surrounded by other local businesses who all support and thrive alongside each other in collaborating to showcase the best of what Arizona has to offer. We look forward to bringing the message of loving where you live that has so shaped our lives to our fellow Arizonans in Gilbert and beyond.”
