On Valentine’s Day (Thursday, February 14, 2019) through Sunday, February 17, 2019, Carlson Creek Vineyard will be partnering with Zak’s Chocolate to feature a special Valentine’s Day wine and chocolate pairing at their Scottsdale and Cottonwood tasting rooms.
Offered each day during normal business hours, the Arizona vineyard will be hosting wine and chocolate lovers alike with a special tasting menu ($20/person) pairing Carlson Creek wines with chocolates from Zak’s that have been infused with wines from the Carlson family.
The Valentine’s menu includes the following:
• 2015 Mourvèdre paired with Zak’s Monte Grande truffle, infused with the Mourvèdre
• 2015 Syrah paired with Zak’s house chocolate, infused with the Syrah
• 2013 Rule of Three paired with Zak’s Monte Grande chocolate nibs
No reservations are required. The Scottsdale tasting room (located at 4142 N. Marshall Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 and reached at 480.947.0636) is open daily from 12-8 p.m. and the Cottonwood tasting room (located at 1010 N. Main St., Cottonwood, AZ 86326 and reached at 928.634.3866) is open 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. Sunday – Thursday and 12 – 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
