Record numbers of shoppers will be at Junk in the Trunk Vintage Market, Scottsdale’s unique two-day shopping experience, on September 19-20, 2015. Featuring more than 170 hand-picked artists and antique vendors, the extremely popular event – held at WestWorld in Scottsdale – will showcase all things chippy, rusty, vintage and handmade.
Junk in the Trunk Vintage Market will be open from 9:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday, September 19th and Sunday, September 20th.
“We are so honored to gather creative people in the name of junk for the 10th time in 4 years,” said Lindsey Holt, Junk in the Trunk Vintage Market co-founder and owner. “Each year, this event grows and we are thrilled to again offer two days of unique shopping for those in the Valley and beyond.”
Local musicians will be performing throughout the market, the Valley’s best food trucks will offer a variety of food options and shoppers will also enjoy vintage photo opportunities.
General Admission tickets will be available at the gate for $8.00, or $15.00 for a two day pass. All children under 12 years of age are free. There will be a parking fee of $5 a car. VIP tickets are available for purchase online and include early entry, a swag bag and other perks.
Ticket discounts are available. Shoppers who wear a Junk in the Trunk Vintage Apparel T-shirt will receive $1 off at the gate. Shoppers can also receive an additional $1 off by bringing in gently used adult or kids jackets, which will be donated to Meira House, a Phoenix area non-profit who is working to deliver meaningful change to area homeless in urban Phoenix.
“At Junk in the Trunk Vintage Market, we believe giving back to our community is of utmost importance, “said Coley Arnold, Junk in the Trunk Vintage Market co-founder and owner. “So, in addition to supporting Meira House, we will continue our practice of donating a portion of all ticket sales to Greater Phoenix area Young Life chapters.”
