RED Development is welcoming four new tenants, including two brand-new concepts, to CityScape Phoenix ranging from an upscale bourbon bar and quick serve, grab-and-go healthy restaurant to a nutrition store and bike shop that celebrates the city’s cycling-friendly style.
Now open, the popular Southern California-based Everbowl is now serving a menu of build-your-own craft acai bowls and smoothies with unlimited fresh fruit toppings. With close to 30 locations in California, Utah and Arizona, the quick-serve restaurant is focused on providing healthy eating options with craft superfoods. Everbowl opened in January and its 851-square-foot location is next to Yogis Grill.
Phoenix Bourbon Room, a new sister concept of State 48 Brewery, is a whiskey-centric bar and restaurant that will feature an extensive variety of spirits and craft cocktails along with exclusive State 48 Bourbon. Expected to open this summer, the 9,202-square-foot space will be located next to One Stop Nutrition and Breakfast Club.
Also opening this summer is One Stop Nutrition, the national low-cost leader on health food products and nutritional supplements. The 688-square-foot store will offer all-natural fruit nutritional shakes, gourmet coffee, free internet access, flat screen TV viewing and much more. This will be the first Downtown Phoenix location for the company.
Phoenix Bike Co., another brand-new concept launching at CityScape, is a 3,252-square-foot bike shop that will be located next to Pigtails Cocktail Bar and is expected to open in late 2021. As Downtown Phoenix’s first one-stop bike commuter facility, it will offer secure bike storage, bike repair, plus bike sales and accessories like tubes, tools, helmets and more. The shop will be located steps away from light rail access and it’s also home to a Valley Metro transit information center, making it a multi-modal transportation hub.
“As people begin to rediscover downtown, they’ll find a promising resurgence with new businesses arriving at Phoenix’s urban core throughout the rest of the year,” said Mike Ebert, managing partner at RED Development. “The openings of both current favorites and brand-new concepts at CityScape are a testament to the resilience that the city continues to display.”
