Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass announced the reopening plans for its luxury amenities, Aji Spa and Kai Restaurant in the coming weeks. After months of closure due to COVID-19 impacts, the Forbes Five Star winning restaurant and spa are ready to welcome back guests with the outstanding service they are known for, along with new operating procedures in place developed at the highest standard of cleanliness and safety in compliance with local regulations and industry guidelines.

Aji Spa, a leader in Native American spa offerings and one-of-a-kind services, will open its doors to guests beginning on Friday, September 4. Guests can begin making their reservations for massages, wraps, pedicures, facials and more online or by calling the spa at (602) 385-5759 starting on Wednesday, August 26. Aji Spa will be open Thursday through Sunday for the time being.

The team at Aji Spa is dedicated to providing guests with world class service and outstanding hospitality, and has used that same attention to detail to implement new safety protocols for guests and staff. Some of these safety measures include required masks, limited occupancy, staggered appointment times, increase in deep cleaning and sanitization and more based on guidance from the CDC and state laws.

Arizona’s only AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Five Star restaurant, Kai, will begin welcoming guests back on Thursday, October 1. James Beard nominated Chef de Cuisine Ryan Swanson has curated a multi-course prix-fixe tasting menu of Kai classics that will be available for guests to enjoy. Kai’s regular a la carte menu will not be available at this time. Guests are invited to begin making reservations starting on Tuesday, September 15. The restaurant will be open Wednesday through Saturday for the time being.

With the safety, well-being and health of Kai’s guests and team members as a top priority, Kai is following all CDC guidelines, as well as state and local mandates, when operating the restaurant. This includes mandatory mask wearing for guests and staff, tables spaced out at least six feet apart, limited reservations and occupancy, one-time-use disposable menus, enhanced deep cleaning and sanitation as well as enforced food preparation protocols and more.
