“I was surprised there was no track club in central Phoenix! We have an untapped market of kids who just need coaching to gain confidence, learn proper form and improve their skills. There is nothing like seeing an athlete who is “good” at running discover their natural talent and take what they learned to be a “great” runner. This is where I thrive and why I enjoy what I do.” – Tawnie Martin, Coach of So Swift Athletics.
Practices are normally Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:15 pm to 6:45 pm. All skill levels are welcome to join.
