This summer, the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is offering Summer Camp at the Princess from May 24 to September 2, 2024. Arizona’s largest and longest running AAA Five Diamond hotel is offering all of the favorite activities of summer camp at the resort. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, guests can enjoy gold panning, laser archery, dive in movies, special guestroom amenities and more. Families can enjoy fireworks every Saturday night, great offers, destination dining and a chance to escape the heat in one of the resort’s pools. According to a February report by Deloitte, “Enthusiasm for in-destination activities, growing interest in more diverse destinations, and the return of baby boomers in greater numbers add to positive indicators for travel. And workplace flexibility appears poised to further buoy demand,” so planning early is recommended.

Activities
This summer, kid favorite Trailblazers Kid’s Club turns into Camp Chill Zone – where campers aged 5-12 can enjoy music, arcade and board games, ping pong, foosball, jumbo Jenga and craft- making activities. Guests can also stop by the Camp Canteen for refreshing slushies, ice cream and snacks. Admission is complimentary in the afternoon, but there is a fee in the morning.
Arrowhead Point will feature a nine hole mini golf course, panning for gold and gemstones at Mineral Creek Mining Co., friendship bracelet making, laser archery at the Bullseye Bunkhouse Target Range, and families can compete in a field day competition.
Of course, family favorite Summer at the Princess activities, like Dive In Movies on Friday and Saturday nights, Fireworks every Saturday night, the Fairmont Fun Team, kid’s check in, lobby dogs, fishing derbies and great food and drinks will be available for all guests.
Well & Being Spa
Guests can cool down and relax this summer at the Well & Being Spa and the super exclusive Sisley Paris Spa. Guests can enjoy all the amenities that the 44,000 square foot spa has to offer – waterfall grotto, wet and dry steam rooms, cold plunge, inhalation room, newly renovated spa fitness center, and more the same day of their treatment.
