Bashas’ returns as exclusive ticket retailer for Ostrich Festival

The Chandler Chamber Ostrich Festival has announced Arizona-based grocer Bashas’ Family of Stores will return as the exclusive ticket retail provider for the festival beginning Feb. 9 in its 103 Bashas’ Supermarkets and Food City locations statewide. The festival will take place March 8-10, 2019 at Tumbleweed Park in Chandler.

“We are proud to be partnering with the Bashas’ Family of Stores, a local, Chandler-based business,” said Terri Kimble, President/CEO of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce. “When you see the Basha name on Chandler Schools and streets, you know how engaged and supportive the Bashas’ family has been in Chandler throughout the years. The fact that they are a local, hometown business fulfills an on-going initiative to incorporate more local business into the festival. We are honored that Bashas’ Family of Stores is partnering with the Chandler Chamber Ostrich Festival.”

Beginning Saturday, Feb. 9, Bashas’ Supermarkets and Food City will be the exclusive retail ticket provider of the Ostrich Festival. Tickets available for purchase include $15 adult tickets, $8 youth (4-12 years of age) and senior (ages 55+) tickets, $27 unlimited all-day ride wristbands and $75 multipack, the most popular and high value pre-sale ticket includes two adult, two youth and two unlimited all-day ride wristbands ($106 value). Ticket pricing at the door will be $15 for adults, $8 for youth and seniors and unlimited all-day ride wristbands will be $30. Adult ticket price increases to $20 onsite with entry after 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Multipacks will be available exclusively at Bashas’ Supermarkets and Food City locations. Tickets are valid for one-day entry and can be used on March 8, 9 or 10, 2019. Festival entry for children under four is free.

The Ostrich Festival recently announced its Main Stage headliners as Flo Rida on Friday, March 8, motown legends, The Commodores on Saturday, March 9 and pop-artist Andy Grammer, on Sunday, March 10.
