The new 2,800 square foot concept features assembly-style ordering, a main dining room, and a spacious patio that can accommodate up to 94 guests. Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, Feta Cowboy is the perfect spot to grab a quick bite on the go or relax and unwind with a glass of wine. A horse and rider mural serves as the restaurant’s focal point, capturing the adventurous spirit of Arizona and Southern California in the 1970s with a modern industrial twist.

“At Feta Cowboy, the food and flavors are a delicious manifestation of our beautiful American gastronomical experience and the interconnectedness of global cuisine,” says Bassel Osmani, co-founder of Feta Cowboy. “Healthy nutrition and layers of flavor come together in unique ways to create simply amazing food.”

Where rustic flatbreads meet tortillas, shawarmas meet asada, and kebabs meet barbecue, the menu includes signature bowls, burritos and pitas, as well as a variety of dips and seven flavorful sauces, including Zhug, harissa, and toom. Guests can explore vibrant ingredients, including premium rice like calrose and basmati, legumes such as green lentils du puy and roma beans, and proteins like brisket, birria, shawarma, taouk, and gyro—all slowly braised, grilled, or fresh off the rotisserie. Family-friendly options like the ‘Lil Cowboys’ build-your-own kids’ meal, along with choices for all dietary lifestyles, ensure there’s fixins for all appetites. Whether you’re crafting your own dish or enjoying a thoughtfully designed Spicy Chicken Bowl or Hummus and Brisket, the flavor combinations are endless.

Feta Cowboy is now open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. To learn more, visit www.FetaCowboy.com and follow along on social media at @FetaCowboy.
