Feta Cowboy, the highly anticipated fast-casual restaurant created by the culinary minds behind Pita Jungle, is officially open at 1840 E Warner Road in the McClintock Fountains retail plaza. Blending the bold flavors of the Mediterranean and the Southwest, Feta Cowboy offers a fresh, in-house crafted menu with customizable, build-your-own options that cater to every taste bud.

The new 2,800 square foot concept features assembly-style ordering, a main dining room, and a spacious patio that can accommodate up to 94 guests. Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, Feta Cowboy is the perfect spot to grab a quick bite on the go or relax and unwind with a glass of wine. A horse and rider mural serves as the restaurant’s focal point, capturing the adventurous spirit of Arizona and Southern California in the 1970s with a modern industrial twist.

Where rustic flatbreads meet tortillas, shawarmas meet asada, and kebabs meet barbecue, the menu includes signature bowls, burritos and pitas, as well as a variety of dips and seven flavorful sauces, including Zhug, harissa, and toom.
