Home builder Taylor Morrison will unveil seven new home designs at Ironhorse, a North Scottsdale community.

The public grand opening event will take place Saturday, Feb. 18, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

“Taylor Morrison’s new home designs at Ironhorse were developed with area homebuyers in mind,” said Todd Hahn, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison’s Phoenix division. “These single-story plans offer great variety in size and options while delivering the luxury Scottsdale homebuyers desire. The seven, new floor plans showcase homes that will offer beautiful single-story living in an idyllic High Sonoran Desert location near McDowell Mountain Regional Park at Ironhorse at 26977 N. 110th Place, Scottsdale, AZ 85262.

Surrounded by open desert, residents will awaken to the rich, natural landscape unique to the area with majestic Saguaro Cacti and charming summer poppy. A sharp eye can catch sight of the Harris Hawk, Gambel’s Quail and the Great Horned Owl. Evenings watching Arizona’s stunning sunsets are rewarded with spectacular, star-filled night skies.

Taylor Morrison will debut four, new floor plans in its Venture II Collection, the Arabian, the Appaloosa, the Palomino and the Mustang. Each is designed for sophisticated living with floor plan and design options new-home buyers desire, including courtyard entryways, dramatic foyers, stunning great rooms ideal for entertaining and intimate get-togethers with friends, and expansive master suites. Homes in the Venture II Collection appeal to a variety of homebuyers with floor plans that range in size from 2,227 to 2,600 square feet.

Taylor Morrison’s Summit Collection at Ironhorse will offer three, new floor plan options, the Windom, the Blanca and the Crestone. Ranging in size from 2,778 to 3,396 square feet, the homes offer upscale luxury living with design features that include elegant entries, gourmet kitchens with beautifully designed breakfast nooks, master suites and junior suites for guests.
