The San Tan Pavilions shopping center in Gilbert will be anchored by a home décor superstore, At Home, according to an announcement from the project developers.
This will be the sixth At Home location in Arizona and will offer both in-home and outdoor furniture. At Home is stocked with quirky, traditional, modern and exotic home furnishings, and boasts it has something for everyone.
The At Home location at the San Tan Pavilions will take up 108,000 square feet.
The San Tan Pavilions developers, Remington Nevada, also announced that a Panera Bread, Five Guys, Sports Clips, Jersey Mike’s and Toni & Guy will be at the retail center.
San Tan Pavilions will be located on 32.9 acres on the southwest corner of Williams Field Road and SanTan Parkway. The site was purchased for $13,613,437 in May.
These locations will open at the 297,055-square-foot retail center during the Fourth Quarter of this year.
