As a quiet conclusion to the evening, the ceremony gently guides meditators through sensing and connecting with Earth’s natural cycle, concluding with a soothing crystal singing bowl sound bath designed to ground and calm. Alternatively, or to complement the Meditation Tea Ceremony, a leisurely boat tour on Lake Powell provides a secluded perspective of the famed Antelope Canyon, allowing travelers to explore the sculpted formation amidst peaceful, calming waters. House of 7 Questions Meditation Tea Ceremony Offering ($50 per person, $90 per couple)

  • Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 6-7:30 p.m. (custom days and times available for groups of four or more).
  • The Meditation Tea Ceremony aims to reconnect participants with the present moment and natural cycles of the Earth. Attendees are presented with a tea tray featuring a small and large teapot, loose-leaf tea tin, small honey jar and a live plant to use during the ceremony. Guided by an expert, the ceremony culminates in a calming experience with the guide playing crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz, known for its grounding and soothing effects.
  • The activity level is mild, including a small amount of walking, followed by sitting cross-legged on a meditation cushion for an hour. This is not recommended for children under 10 or anyone who has trouble sitting for an hour.

Lake Powell Antelope Canyon Waterside Boat Tour Package (Rates from $229/night)
