Located on the corner of Scottsdale Road and Rose Lane, within Scottsdale’s high-end dining, shopping and resort corridor, the 5,000-square-foot restaurant will feature a stylish, modern interior and a spacious 950-square-foot patio perfect for al fresco dining. il Bracco Scottsdale was designed by Western Addition’s VP of Architecture Kelly Wallace and VP of Design Mary Lucille Quick, along with Quick’s firm MMaison Interiors and Phoenix-based architectural firm Brick & West Design.
Building on the success of its existing Dallas and Houston locations, the new restaurant will offer the same elevated dining experience with house-made pastas, handcrafted salads, prime steaks and seafood butchered in-house daily, along with expertly crafted cocktails and a thoughtfully curated wine list.
“Expanding to Scottsdale marks a major milestone for us. il Bracco was our first concept and taking it beyond our home state is both a proud and momentous step,” said CEO Robert Quick. “We selected Scottsdale for its dynamic dining scene and vibrant community that values quality and innovation. We look forward to introducing the restaurant to a new audience and having them discover what has made it a much-loved neighborhood staple in Texas. Our commitment to quality and consistency, exceptional made-from-scratch dishes and the welcoming atmosphere we’ve cultivated over the years define the il Bracco experience.”
An original concept by Western Addition, a multi-concept hospitality group helmed by industry veterans Robert Quick and Matt Gottlieb, both Hillstone Restaurant Group alums, il Bracco Scottsdale marks the brand’s third location since its 2019 Dallas debut. Setting the stage for national expansion, the Scottsdale outpost underscores Western Addition’s continued growth and dedication to sharing its elevated dining experiences with new communities.
“Scottsdale is a natural fit for us, perfectly aligning with il Bracco’s energy,” said Matt Gottlieb, chief operating officer. “Our guests in Texas know us for our commitment to quality, freshness and over-the-top hospitality. Our menu highlights both tradition and creativity, featuring a mix of our favorite Italian dishes, iconic Italian-American classics and our own innovations which gives everyone options to crave for lunch or dinner every day. Every detail in the restaurant has been designed to make this a place that draws people in and keeps them coming back.”
Serving lunch and dinner, the restaurant is revered for its refined menu of Italian favorites, including house-made pastas, breads and desserts, along with fresh fish and prime meats butchered in-house daily. Standouts include the guest favorite The Combo sandwich with thinly sliced Italian charcuterie, fresh mozzarella, LTO, cherry pepper spread and a drizzle of oil and vinegar; the extremely popular Spicy Gemelli featuring fresh house-made noodles in a spicy vodka sauce; Chicken Piccata with lemony chicken, capers and paired with a kale salad; and signature cocktail The Bracco (“hound” in Italian), a frozen twist on the Greyhound made with Aperol and freshly squeezed grapefruit.
