Owned and operated by dynamic mother-daughter duo, Trish and Bren Ritchie, One Handsome Bastard is more than a business venture. It’s a heartfelt tribute to their late husband and father. Together, they celebrate Brad Ritchie and encourage the community to live life to the fullest. To honor Brad, 10% of profits from One Handsome Bastard vodka sales will be donated to a local nonprofit to support the fight against cancer.

“One Handsome Bastard is not just about crafting exceptional spirits but celebrating life and cultivating community,” said Trish Ritchie, owner and operator of One Handsome Bastard. “We invite the Valley to raise a glass with us, it’s for a good cause.”

One Handsome Bastard hand-distills and manufactures its premium, small-batch gin and vodka onsite in partnership with Blue Clover Spirits. In addition to infused vodkas, the menu boasts a wide variety of craft cocktails like the Scottsdale Sunset, made with Blue Clover grapefruit-infused vodka, lemon, Aperol, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup, or the BC Basil, made with Blue Clover gin, agave, elderflower, lemon, and basil. House-made infused vodka flavors include grapefruit, green chile, pepper, lemon, and more.

In addition to the creative cocktails, the menu also includes a variety of elevated bar food offerings ranging from wings to burgers. Highlights include the fan-favorite Bar Fight Nachos that include tortilla chips topped with queso, cheddar, black beans, fresh jalapeno, pico de gallo, chipotle crema, and roasted chicken, or the Pine Top Burger, made with balsamic reduced onions, bacon, provolone cheese, and house-made aioli.

The space exudes a modern-industrial vibe, with a poured-concrete bar, barrel-inspired kitchen, hanging Edison bulbs, and view of the copper distilling equipment from the dining room. There is also a spacious outdoor patio and the bar features sliding garage doors that bring the outside in.

One Handsome Bastard is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for lunch and dinner. The restaurant will open at 11 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and close at 10 p.m. During happy hour, which takes place Monday through Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., patrons can enjoy half-priced cocktails and $1 off wine and draft beer.
