Original ChopShop, a neighborhood eatery crafting ‘Just Feel Good Food’ from whole ingredients, announces the opening of its sixth restaurant in The Promenade located at 16203 North Scottsdale Road on Mar. 1. The Phoenix favorite is also gearing up to take the concept national, starting with its entry into the Dallas market this April. Expansion in the Phoenix market will continue as well, with the concept’s seventh Phoenix-area location planned for Arcadia in June.

The new restaurant at The Promenade will bring 50 new jobs to the area, with available positions in the culinary and hospitality teams. Since the first restaurant opened in Old Town Scottsdale in 2013, Original ChopShop has provided a warm, welcoming place where people ‘fuel their well-being’ with wholesome, flavorful food. The menu offers protein bowls, acai and pitaya bowls, fresh-squeezed juices, protein shakes, salads and sandwiches that are made from scratch on-site with real, quality ingredients.
Original ChopShop’s 2,900 square-foot interior at The Promenade will feature the brand’s signature cozy atmosphere, including sunny accents, distressed wood, handwritten notes and vintage photography. A 600 square-foot patio will offer crafted tables and benches, yellow umbrellas, festoon lights and custom planters. The restaurant’s interior will accommodate 72 guests, while the outdoor patio will seat an additional 36.
To celebrate the new location, Original ChopShop will host a Feel Good, Share Good campaign from Mar. 1-15, where North Scottsdale area fans may sign-up on Facebook for a chance to receive a complimentary protein bowl for themselves and a friend. As part of the Feel Good, Share Good campaign, Original ChopShop has established a local partnership with Phoenix Children’s Hospital. The restaurant plans to contribute $10,000 in 2018 through various initiatives, including one with Neighborhood Initiatives Water — for every water bottle sold, a portion of proceeds will be donated.
