The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain is celebrating receipt of its fourth consecutive Forbes Five Star award, this time for 2018. The announcement was made by Forbes Travel Guide.
Today’s repeat Five Star accolade signals that the resort has retained the highest-possible Forbes ranking for 2018 — a rating determined annually by anonymous inspection of 900 stringent criteria measuring all hotel services and facilities. For this year, there are just 199 Forbes Five-Star hotels and resorts worldwide, with The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain among only two Forbes Five Star properties in all of Arizona.

Competition for Five Star recognition from Forbes Travel Guide has become increasingly fierce, as the organization now rates properties in 50 countries throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa and the Middle East.
