National Gluten-Free Day is January 13 and these Valley restaurants have made gluten-free dining easy and delicious with endless options and catered menus to their gluten-free patrons.

A local favorite known for having something on their menu for anyone’s dietary needs, Pita Jungle’s gluten-free menu offers most of their Mediterranean classic dishes made to order with gluten-free substitutions! Gluten-free options include their wood-fired pizzas, wraps and bowls, salads, healthy burgers and even their Signature Entrees such as their Chicken Tikka Masala and Keto & Paleo Platter. Gluten-free options are even offered down to the pita to dip into their famous hummus!
This French-inspired restaurant offers an array of gluten-free options, including Le Bowl for $15. With brown rice as a base (or cauliflower rice for $2 more), Le Bowl comes with tomatoes, avocado, arugula, comté cheese imported from France, parmesan shaved cheese and Sriracha mayo. You may also choose from multiple protein options to compliment these fresh ingredients.
Eat Up Drive In
What’s better than homestyle-cooked comfort food? Gluten-free homestyle comfort food! With an easy to identify menu of gluten-free options, Eat Up is serving gluten-free comfort with soups and chilis, salads, baked potatoes varieties and more! Even their in-house baked chocolate chip cookies are gluten-free! Eat Up Drive In is open for lunch and dinner for curbside, drive-thru and dine-in and guests can enjoy family-size, individual and kid-sized meals.
Craving a gluten-friendly breakfast? U.S. Egg has a special menu dedicated to this dietary need that is filled with traditional breakfast items such as waffles, french toast and a breakfast sandwich. U.S. Egg is also open for lunch and serves all its burgers and sandwiches on gluten-free toast. All of the verified gluten-free items on their menu are made by the locally-owned Gluten-Free Creations Bakery.

With weekly rotating specials, grab-and-go items, and meal prep services covering breakfast, lunch and dinner, EAT by Stacey Weber makes eating gluten-free easy with endless meal options prepared using seasonal and local ingredients. Popular gluten-free items include the Turkey Veggie Meatballs with Spaghetti Marinara and Lemony Zucchini Muffins! Not only do they making eating gluten-free easy, but their prepared meals also make it convenient to have gluten-free options cooked and delivered straight to your home! Customers can place their orders every week by Thursday at 8 a.m. for a Sunday or Monday pickup or Sunday delivery.
Flower Child has a menu option for everyone, from gluten-free to vegan, sugar-free or paleo. Each Arizona location has their own menu but all their items are marked to indicate the dietary considerations. Not in the Valley but still looking for gluten-free options? Tucson Tamale has a range of tamales that are Celiac-safe, vegetarian, vegan or made with animal proteins. Made from masa (ground corn), the tamales contain organic corn flour, non-GMO canola oil and organic vegetable broth.
