Easter is this Sunday, which means there are lots of eggs to hunt, and plenty of brunch deals. We’ve compiled some of the best brunch deals going on across the valley and the state for those who are looking to eat out this holiday.
One thousand eggs to be found at the Chaparral Suites
The Easter Bunny will make an appearance at the Chaparral Suites in Scottsdale this Easter, as he hides 1,000 eggs around the 15-acre resort. The famous bunny has been planning this massive egg hunt since the beginning of the year. Although participants will want to find all the eggs they can, the true prizes are within the Golden Eggs. There will be 12 gold eggs containing brunches, dinners and weekend getaways at the hotel. The hotel will also be offering a holiday brunch by Chef John du Toit from 10 a.m. through 2:30 p.m.

The entrée will contain a mouth-watering combination of sautéed onions, fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, organic greens, and olive salad, tomatoes and feta cheese. Don’t forget dessert! A strawberry mousse cake will finish off the meal. This entire entrée can be enjoyed for $7.50.
Arizona Room Patio Grill at Casino Arizona
Between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. guests can enjoy a special Easter feast. For an appetizer the chef will serve a mixed fruit ricotta arugula salad. Dinner will include grilled lamb chops with dark chocolate pomegranate demi, Oaxaca cheese and Spanish rice stuffed bell peppers with chipotle cinnamon-raisin au gratin. As no meal is complete without dessert, guests will be served carrot cake for dessert. This delicious meal can be purchased for $22.
Cholla Prime Steakhouse and Lounge at Casino Arizona.
The Steakhouse and lounge will serve a prix fixe menu from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Appetizers will include a citrus salad or crab and lobster cakes. Rosemary marinated lamb chops will be served for the main entrée alongside sautéed haricot verts and a loaded baked potato. Finishing the menu will be a strawberry pistachio tart. The prix fixe menu is available for $39.
Salt River Café at Casino Arizona
Available from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. the café will offer a mouth-watering Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich. Fried chicken breast is topped with sliced ham and melted Swiss cheese on a hoagie roll with a side of French fries. The café will include a fresh fruit tart and fountain drink for $8.95.
Eagles Buffet at Casino Arizona
For those who are looking for delicious breakfast foods, Eagles Buffet will be serving a champagne brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Options will include eggs Benedict, seasoned hash browns, waffles, pancakes and biscuits with country gravy, French toast and made-to-order omelets. All day items will include glazed sliced ham, house made vegetable soup, mixed salads, lemon pepper baked catfish, Irish stout baked chicken, slow roasted prime rib and a chocolate fountain. Adults can enjoy this meal for $31.95 and children for $14.95.
The Willows Restaurant at Casino Arizona
Beginning at 6 a.m. and ending at 11 a.m. Willows Restaurant will be serving a Southern French toast breakfast. The special will include two eggs and a choice of ham, bacon or sausage. The French toast special will be available for $8.95. Dinner will be served from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and will include a roasted ham with agave Anaheim glaze for $17.95. Roasted lamb with a mint demi can be enjoyed for $17.95. Split pea and ham soup will be available for $4, and for those who cannot resist dessert, carrot cake will be offered for $4.95.
Ocean Trail at Talking Stick Resort
For $47, guests can enjoy oysters on the half shell alongside a halibut entrée. The halibut will be served with white and yellow polenta, pepper coulis, roasted pepper pesto and spinach and jalapeno bacon and tasso ham. Dessert will include a lemon-orange chiffon cake. The meal will be offered from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Blue Coyote Café at Talking Stick Resort
Between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m., the café will offer a savory meal for $19.95. Soup or salad can be selected as an appetizer followed by a snack of grilled twin lamb loin chops. The entrée will include rosemary-garlic marinated lamb chops, roasted fingerling potatoes, heirloom baby carrots and a cherry-fig demi-glace. A Pina Coloada icebox pie will cool the palette for dessert.
Wandering Horse Buffet at Talking Stick Resort
Wandering Horse Buffet is beginning the holiday early with brunches and dinners beginning on March 26. Saturday’s meals will include a brunch from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dinner will be available from 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Adults can enjoy the brunch for $33.95 and the dinner for $39.95. Children can accompany their parents for $16.95 for brunch and $18.95 for dinner.
On Easter Sunday, the international buffet will serve delicious dishes from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Entrees will include slow roasted prime rib, grilled bone-in pork chops, charbroiled American Kobe steak, red snapper fish and a variety of desserts. Champagne is included in the meal and guests will be seated on a first come, first serve basis. Adults can enjoy the meal for $58.95 and children are $19.95.
Orange Sky at Talking Stick Resort
The restaurant will be serving a special brunch from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Appetizers will include artisan cured meats, iced oysters, crab legs and a seafood board. Main entrees include pan-roasted cod, braised beef short ribs, pan-seared lamb chops, buffalo strip loin, blueberry French toast and Schreiner’s chorizo and potato frittata. The meal will include a champagne toast and Venetian style desserts. The prix fixe menu is available for $75.
ARENA Poker Room at Talking Stick Resort
Between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. guests can enjoy a cream of spinach soup or house salad followed by a roasted pork loin with Creole mashed potatoes, green beans with bacon and spicy sweet onions in bourbon demi-glace. Dessert will feature a raspberry lemon curd tart. This meal can be enjoyed for $12.
