Blue Clover Distillery owner, Weston Holm, collaborated with renowned Chef Mark Tarbell of Tarbell’s to create a delicioso Lemon-Orange Vodka made with Organic Arizona Citrus that will launch next week. Once released, the artisanal and finest distilled vodka will be exclusively available at The Wine Store at Tarbell’s.

Chef Mark Tarbell studied his passion for culinary in France. Upon receiving his Grande Diplôme d’Etude Culinaire, he went on to open multiple restaurants including Tarbell’s, Barmouche, The Oven, The Wine Store, and T’s Wine Bar. Throughout his career, Chef Mark Tarbell became a two-time inductee to the Arizona Hall of Culinary Fame. He is a decorated chef winning more than 50 awards for his restaurant including best restaurant from Food & Wine Magazine and winning Iron Chef America on Food Network.
Weston Holm is the co-founder, co-owner and distiller of Old town Scottsdale’s first microdistillery, Blue Clover Distillery. Since its establishment in 2017, the craft distillery has been recognized by PHOENIX magazine, Phoenix New Times and more for its spirits and cocktail program and its line of handcrafted gin and vodka has entered the retail world at AJ’s Fine Foods, Costco, and Total Wine & More.
The limited-edition, chef-inspired vodka by Chef Mark Tarbell and Blue Clover Distillery is gluten-free and inspired by Arizona’s citrus season. The spirit bottle launch of the lemon-orange flavored vodka is proudly handcrafted and infused locally with real organic citrus to achieve its natural flavor. Blue Clover Distillery specializes in a farm-to-bottle process and starts with distilled gluten-free corn from family farms and water from a specialized reverse osmosis system that gives the small batch vodka the taste of the fresh waters of the Pacific Northwest. It then passes through a high-quality charcoal filter and is left to rest, giving it the perfect tone. This spirit is smooth enough to sip for those who like it neat.
