Bourbon & Bones Chophouse & Bar in Scottsdale, part of restaurant group Square One Concepts, plans to add a second location in Gilbert next year.

The announcement comes while marking the third anniversary of the Bourbon & Bones flagship location, which opened in September 2016, in Old Town Scottsdale, at 4200 N. Scottsdale Road on the corner of Third Avenue and Scottsdale Road in a converted mid-century modern building.

The new East Valley location will be at San Tan Village, the Macerich property on Williams Field Road in Gilbert.

Bourbon & Bones has proven to be a popular concept, offering high-quality fine dining within a lively, boutique atmosphere.  The Scottsdale location boasts a modern, industrial 4,000 square-foot interior styled with reclaimed wood and hand-forged accents featuring distressed leather booths and walnut tables along with a private dining room.

The Gilbert location will be much larger than the original at 6,750 square feet and will feature many of the same design elements but will have a larger bar area and more private dining space as well as an outdoor patio lounge to enjoy drinks and appetizers.

Bourbon & Bones’ popular menu delivers options for wet-aged and dry-aged cuts of beef, plus elegant options for fresh seafood and an extensive list of 300 varieties of Bourbon and Whiskey including some of the most rare options available to the public, the largest list in Arizona.  B&B mixologists are also certified sommeliers overseeing a varied wine list alongside a robust custom cocktail menu.
